Cherry Liqueur Cake

1 White Cake Mix – Make as directed.

1 3 oz. package Cherry gelatin – Pour in a bowl and pour ½ cup boiling water on gelatin and mix until dissolved. Add ½ cup Cherry Liqueur.

When you remove the cake from the oven. Poke holes in the top of the cake. Make holes about the diameter of a pencil so gelatin will easily drain into them. Pour the gelatin mixture slowly over top of cake. Chill for 3 hours. Spread Cool Whip on top of cake then top with maraschino cherries.

Mix all ingredients until smooth – spread on cake

Cherry Chocolate Surprise Cake

Mix softened butter, sugars and cocoa together until creamy – add eggs and vanilla – mix soda with the water – add the flour alternately with the liquids to the cream mixture – pour into 9” X 13” pan – Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 – 45 minutes. This is a heavier type of cake.


Mix all together – Form into meatballs and brown in skillet. Remove from skillet – mix with barbecue sauce – Bake at 350 degrees for 20 – 30 minutes stir occasionally

Mix together – Pour over baked meatballs and serve warm
